Refunds and Returns

 * Unopened and Unused Products: We offer full refunds for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

 * Opened or Used Products: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used soap bars.

 * Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement.
